Objective: Prepare a valuation on the Project and a Risk analysis to support the promotion in the private investment sector of five mining concessions. Magistral project is located approximately 450 kms northwest of Lima, and 140 km northeast of the seaport of Chimbote, in the district of Conchucos Pallasca Province, in the northern part of the department of Ancash. The altitude varies between 3900 and 4400 meters above sea level. The value of total reserves is estimated 102.9 million metric tons of ore (copper, molybdenum and silver).
